HI, I'M ELIZABETH

MUM. COACH. LIFTER.

I’m the founder of This Woman Lifts - and like most women, I’ve spent years wading through conflicting advice about how we “should” look, train, and live. I know how easy it is to get pulled into chasing perfection, only to feel like you’re falling short.

As a mum of three and a certified trainer, I’ve worked with hundreds of women who are tired of the gimmicks and guilt trips.

What they need is simple, realistic strategies that fit into a busy, messy life - and actually make them feel stronger, steadier, and more capable.
